If within one year from the date of purchase, your product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Myovolt will at its discretion repair or replace the product, or its components free of charge.
Should this occur, please contact us to report the fault and to obtain a returns authorisation code. Contact us at orders@myovolt.com with details of your purchase.
This Warranty excludes:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport.
- Products subject to unauthorised repair.
- Products used not in accordance with provided instructions.
- Damage exceeding the cost of the product.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
- Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage or use.
- Failure to provide a dated proof of purchase.
Returns & refund policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product and you need to return it, please contact us at orders@myovolt.com with your proof of purchase. We will then notify you of the nearest returns location.
Please note that only items purchased from this website, Myovolt.com can be returned to Myovolt. If you purchased a product through another retailer or store please return the item in accordance with their specific returns and refund policy.
You have 30 calendar days from the original purchase date to return the product to us. Myovolt does not cover the shipping cost of returns. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition including all packaging, accessories and cables.
Once the item has been received and inspected a refund will be issued within 3 business days and you will be sent an email confirmation. If the product has been opened, used or is not in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.
