Which countries do you ship to?

We want to get Myovolt helping as many people as possible around the world. To do this we have partnered with carriers for air and ground shipping to bring Myovolt safely to your door.

We currently ship to the following destinations via standard tracked services;
USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe, Canada, Hong Kong and selected countries in Asia.

If you receive an 'Out of Zone' message for your destination at check-out, don't worry – we can normally provide a tailored shipping quote for your destination. Please Contact Us with your order request and address details and we will arrange for you.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping rates depend on destination and are calculated at checkout;

Australia - Free Shipping

USA - Free Shipping

Hong Kong -Free Shipping

Flat Rate calculated by order size

UK - GBP 12.00 to 20.00

Europe - EUR  12.00 to 25.00

Canada - CA $15.00 to 25.00

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are normally processed within 1 - 2 business days and when dispatched you will receive an email from us with the shipping details and tracking number. If you don't receive this automated email with the shipping information please check your junk mail or contact us at orders@myovolt.com.

After your order has been dispatched, allow for the approximate shipping times listed below.

USA - Shipped from within USA by DHL Parcel Plus Ground: 5 – 7 business days.

Australia - NZ Post/Australia Post: 7 business days.

New Zealand - NZ Post: 3 – 5 business days.

Canada - NZ Post/Canada Post: 10 business days.

Europe - NZ Post 10 business days.

UK - NZ Post/Royal Mail: 10 business days.

Hong Kong - SF Express 2 – 3 business days.

Asia - DHL International Economy: 3 – 6 business days.

 

How do I check the delivery status of my order?

Orders are sent using tracked delivery services in each region. You will receive an email from us to confirm the dispatch of your Myovolt item along with the associated tracking information and carrier details.

Should you have any concerns about the status of your order please get in touch with your order number and we will be happy to help.

If you have not received order status emails from us please check your junk email folder or otherwise get in touch.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has shipped, we're unable to change the shipping address or add/remove items from your order.

If you've made a mistake, please contact us within an hour of placing your order so we can make any updates before it's too late.

If you email us after that window, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make the changes requested but we will certainly try our best.

Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?

We partner with local postal services in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Canada to support delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers, and APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to these private addresses outside of these regions.

Will there be any import tax or duty?

For orders to USA, New Zealand and UK any applicable sales tax is included in the purchase price of the products.

For international shipments to Australia, Europe, Canada and Asia, any import tax and duty applicable in your country is not included in the purchase price of the product. Please note that your local customs authorities may charge import tax and duty upon delivery, calculated on the value of the product.

Returns & refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product and you need to return it, please contact us at orders@myovolt.com with your proof of purchase. We will then notify you of the nearest returns location.

Please note that only items purchased from this website, Myovolt.com can be returned to Myovolt. If you purchased a product through another retailer or store please return the item in accordance with their specific returns and refund policy.

You have 30 calendar days from the original purchase date to return the product to us. Myovolt does not cover the shipping cost of returns. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition including all packaging, accessories and cables.

Once the item has been received and inspected a refund will be issued within 3 business days and you will be sent an email confirmation. If the product has been damaged, used or is not in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.
